This series documents the financial transactions for a limited period of the Dept. of Agriculture and Industries. Included are monthly reports filed with the governor by the Commissioner of Agriculture. One side is labeled "Receipts" and entries list date, from whom the money was received, reason money was received, and amounts for sales of tags, licenses, and to state auditor. The other side is labeled "Disbursements" and entries list date, to whom paid, reason paid, voucher number, and amounts for incidentals, salaries, schools, and to the state treasurer. Also included are letters transmitting the reports to the governor, vouchers, receipts, and bills.
